After being seriously let down by another manufacturer, I walked into this showroom and was greeted by very helpful and genuine staff who did everything possible to assist. I recently picked up my Hyundai Tucson Ultimate for Bluewater.
Gurbir the local representative was very professional. On handover he had an excellent knowledge of the car and the multi controls it has. He explained these in a clear and concise manner and saved me hours looking through the handbook. He definitely went over and above even coming in on his day off just to do the car handover. What a chilled vibe. Pre-booked test drive for an Ioniq5. I got a call beforehand to sort out the details which meant I just walked in on the day and was met by Marcus who took me to the car and sent me on my way. Nice guy who showed me some options and features when I returned to help me with my decision making. It might seem weird buying a car in a shopping centre but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here.

Just took delivery of my first new car, a fabulous Tucson N Line S Hybrid auto. When we walked into the Bluewater showroom back in June, Ruby Kinot met us and showed us around the showroom model. A test drive was arranged for the next weekend and after a bit of negotiation we placed our order. At the point of order Ruby told us that it might be March 23 for delivery. I was fine with this as I work within the motor trade and are experiencing delays myself. If I needed questions answered Ruby was there to help. When she called me at the end of September to say that my vehicle was due towards the middle of October I was extremely happy. All the paperwork was signed without fuss and the vehicle was ready for me to collect. Loved the video of it that was sent to me the night before, which was watched many times.
At handover Ruby went through all the paperwork, controls and showed us around the car do that we could drive it straight home.

I dealt with Marcus and Scott and couldn’t have been happier. Marcus was friendly and efficient, providing us with frequent updates on our vehicle and always being eager to help and friendly. Scott was also very Helpful when organising the finance options which made the process nice and easy. I’ve driven away in my new car today and couldn’t be happier with the car and the overall service.

After a terrible experience at another Ancaster Hyuandai branch, I decided to try Ancaster Bluewater. Wow what a different experience. Walked into dealership and greeted by Marcus. Marcus has really bent over backwards to get me the perfect car and out of my current car. Between Marcus and Ruby the service has been outstanding! Recently purchased an Ioniq 5 through this branch and couldn't have been happier with the service! Sam and Scott were both fantastic - professional and knowledgeable without ever giving us the 'hard sell'. Would thoroughly recommend. Oh and the car is brilliant too!
