Exceptional Customer service and lovely guys. I was advised to arrive at 10am so that all finance paperwork can be processed in time however i arrived at 4pm due to an incident on the way causing huge delays. Once i arrived the salesman already had all the paperwork ready for me to read and sign. Once all the paperwork was submitted the salesman called the finance company to explain what happened and that i had come all the way from London and that he didn't want me to have to make another trip. The finance company agreed to push this through as urgent however it still meant HML Motors had to stay open till 6.30pm even though they close at 5.30pm. They went above and beyond with the customer service and the car is exceptional. A very big thank you for making it stress free. You definitely went above and beyond and i buy a lot of cars and your service has been the best by far. I will definitely see you again and recommend to all friends and family. A huge 5*****

Excellent customer service provided by HML Motors. Recently purchased a Peugeot 208 which I’m so happy with, immaculate condition with all necessary paperwork and even received free 12 month breakdown cover. Arranged to view the car and had a test drive, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we purchased the car the same day. All our questions were responded to immediately and professionally, they even delivered the car to our home address to assist us. Would highly recommend HML and will definitely be returning for future car purchases.

Saw a lovely, very well looked after car here that was very reasonably priced. Went to view it and it was all exactly as it seemed in the pictures. There was absolutely no pressure at all, no pushy salesman attitude, it was very laidback and all on my terms. Very friendly, small family run business, I went ahead and bought the car and I am very happy.

Amazing customer service very friendly, the car I bought only had 3 months mot left on it so they sent it in for a fresh one, sorted all the advisory’s brake pads and disks which was costly. Car also came with 12 months brake down cover from the RAC. Highly recommend hassle free purchase.
