A fantastic experience. I saw the vehicle I wanted online, I didn't need to test drive as I have driven many of the same car before. I emailed the branch and Jon Howcroft came back to me very promptly with a video of the vehicle. After a brief phone call we arranged that I would collect the vehicle on the Saturday morning. I was warmly greeted by Jon who showed me round the vehicle. I was in and out within 25 mins. Great service and I will definitely be using again in the future.

Wanted to look into the new Ioniq 5. Was driving by with my wife and pulled in at 4pm on a Wednesday. Not ONE customer spot was available for parking. Surprising as there were no customers visible and they all were Hyundai's. A hint to the manager of this dealer, don't let your service area fill all of your customer parking slots and you might keep passing trade

Ryan is a very knowledgeable sales assistant, always listens to what you are looking for. The car and information given are exactly what I was after. He also goes out of his way to keep you updated on how things are proceeding. If there is a slight set back you can feel his disappointment in it aswell. So amazing service. Thankyou.

Great customer service from the moment we walked in. Amanda answered all our questions, quickly arranged a driving experience and sorted out a really good deal for us the next day.
