You know the feeling of when you get your car back from repairs!! The bill? the service? Etc.
Well i felt strong enough to write a review which is something that I don't do often.

From the get go, my call the Chris, his calm in listening and taking on board my issue. He returned to advise me, detailing what he thought and a rough estimate of the cost.

We agreed and to not bore you. The car (clutch on my Tiguan) was replaced and a couple of other things. Chris said by Monday (he had it from the previous Tuesday) and kept to his word.
Car feels better and great to drive.

So thanks guys!

I found Expert Volkswagen Audi via Google Reviews to contact Chris. From the moment he answered thee initial call, it was a breathe of fresh air. Helpful, honest, delivered what was promised and thoroughly decent service. Having had appalling treatment from Audi UK, it made me realise how important it is to support local specialist garages such as this. Comparatively they offer exceptional value for money and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I found Expert Volkswagen Audi (EVA) online when searching for a VW independent specialist to carry out a annual service on my Golf R estate.

So I booked my Golf R in with EVA 14/02/2022 (Chris & Jasper) are very polite but also extremely knowledgeable and have been established for a long time so you know you & your vehicle is in good hands but most of all they carry out the work to manufacturers specifications using genuine parts, they can update the vehicle's service plan online (which is great) as well as stamp your service book (should you want that option) Chris and Jasper are very professional and treat you & your vehicle with the respect it deserves from the start, I had a service carried out consisting of the following: (oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, (Haldex oil replacement & filter/gauge clean) along with rear mud flaps fitted (all genuine parts used) I supplied my own oil as I use Fuchs Titan GT1 PRO C3 XTL 5w-30

I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Jasper, as you can see from the reviews which speaks volumes & is 100% the case in my experience with them, I will be a repeat customer every year as this is how customer's and business should be treated & conducted, all I require is a honest approach with professional & trustworthy workmanship carried out to which I have received today from Chris and Jasper. I will also recommend them to my friend's, family and forum members that I'm a member of.

I did have a pre-paid service already with VW but to be honest I don't like there approach, customer satisfaction or their quality of workmanship but I won't go in to that here but I'm sure most of you that go to EVA or independent specialists know what I mean.

Also any of you with a Golf R you should get the Haldex system gauge - filter cleaned every 12k-15k & the oil replaced, don't listen to VW when they tell you it is a non serviceable item because it is.

They are transparent, trustworthy, helpful and very nice people who genuinely care for their customers. Very professional and reasonably priced garage. They fixed an issue on our car very quickly. We will definitely use them for service and MOT in the future.

Finding a good and trustworthy garage is difficult, finding a good and trustworthy specialist is much harder. We are so glad and fortunate to have found them. We can not recommend them enough!

Everything explained clearly and checked throughly. None of the upselling from the chain garages, or the lack of knowledge and sheer rudeness I’ve experienced at my local Volkswagen dealership.
