Rawlinson, Bury St Edmunds

Just purchased a car with them recently, but I've purchased cars from their used car dealership before, as well as got them to do my MOTs. Never had a problem before. The team are all so friendly and patient (they put up with me being far too excited during the wait for my new car to be shipped!). Massive thank to Tom in particular for taking the time to make sure I understood all of the ins and outs of what I was agreeing to as it was the first time I've bought a brand new car.

I had an email to tell me that I wouldn't be able to have the Zoe as my courtesy car and when I arrived they did in fact give me the Zoe, so I was pleased with that. The girl on reception was polite and efficient, as was the guy that provided me with the car. He went through all the necessary info on driving and charging the Zoe. Everyone was very pleasant

Second time I've purchased a car from here, so they must be doing something right. Dealt with Philip Love all the way through from trade in to purchase to handover. All handled smoothly and efficiently. Not bad coffee either !
