Terrible experience especially with the general manager with endless lies, customer service is awful. These guys shouldn't be selling cars. They lie through their teeth about it.
Waited 2 hours for a refund on a faulty missold car giving. Even when I gave the general manager clauses from their own terms and conditions he wasn't having it. No emotions from the general manager of this place. Lies will just be sold to you be careful if you buy a used car from these guys the mechanics cut costs to a minimum to do services that meet their min requirements. Waited 2 weeks for refund. Will never go back to an Arnold Clark again.

Accommodating, professional and pleasant! I've had a very positive experience this last week with the Arnold Clark Team at Blackpool. Theo who I reserved the car with orchestrated a very informative video tour which specifically included the features I had requested from which I was happy to put down a deposit after negotiating a price for a trade in vehicle and at the time informing him of the pending sale on another car privately. Unfortunately I was subject to buyers pulling out at the last minute and this delayed the pickup date. Theo and Michael, Store manager, were very understanding of my issue and gave me time to find another buyer and have the funds available for the agreed deal. During the buying process Theo was informative and patient all the way throughout and allowed me to test drive the vehicle with again a very informative technical expert in Becca. She ran through all mine and my partners queries and allowed me to drive the local area with ease and to get a proper feel for the car. Finally I would like to thank all the staff once again for the positive experience and I would definitely recommend the garage to anyone looking to buy their next car!

She kept in touch during the time we was waiting for our new car, and kept us up to date with what was happening. The day we got the car she was very helpful answering any questions we asked and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Susan’s communication and customer care service skills are second to none.

I took my mum to order a new car in 2021 From start to finish Susan Jennings was fab with my mum. She’s a bit hard of hearing but nothing was to much for Susan. We finally picked the car up last month. We was kept up to date with everything. Would highly recommend if your wanting a mobility car. 😀

We found our ideal car here, completed a part exchange and started a PCP finance plan which suited us to the ground. Our Product Consultant called Lasse was extremely approachable, friendly, very informative and kept us up-to-date through the whole process.
