The two guys (Sam, I believe and a trainee) were absolutely fantastic. I can't fault the valuation or sale process at all.
I believe I got a fair valuation for my 2011 Audi A6 Avant. It enabled me to get a better deal on a plug in hybrid as I didn't have to factor in a part exchange at the "stealers".
It was literally so easy, so glad I took the plunge and did it, despite other people putting me off. I will definitely use them again. Chuffed.

Have to pay £100 just to be able to look at a car, rip off. Then when it goes back for a small fault it ends up going on a test drive of over 100 miles ! Really ! Then they try & wriggle out of a fault covered under the extended warranty we bought. Would not recommend or return.

Can’t fault Nadeem, he was friendly, professional and fair. After a family member previously having a bad experience at a difference branch due to rudeness, I was skeptical about going but now couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks Nadeem, we buy any car branches needs more staff like you!

Due to me starting my new adventure, I needed to sell my dream car. Ed handled the full exchange & as hard as it was to part ways he made it the best possible experience. He was precise, thorough & professional. I could not recommend anyone higher than this man. An absolute pleasure and such a easy process.

I had done my research and went in with an idea of where the cost would end up.
I didn't list any damage before the inspection as that job has to be done on site anyway. I didn't set myself a up for a fall.
The rep was good, polite and kind. Kept us informed all the way through.

Offer was about 600 quid from what the provisional was which I think was pretty damn good. Especially for a 15 year old car!
Only downside I would add is the hygiene of your staff, the bloke stunk of BO.
