Neil and Andy are both exceptionally helpful and provide great customer service. I purchased a Mazda 6 from them, which developed a major technical issue after I had been driving it for a while. Village Cars were fantastic and sorted it all out for me without any problem at all.

Friendly local garage with good honest support and no ostentatious overheads to fund.

Brought a car from them last year and had it checked over by a mechanic and found on of the tyres close to minimum tread and my back window screen washer was not working. I spoke to them and then brought the car back to have the back washer fixed and tyre looked at. Their mechanic agreed and I was told to speak to the owner about what they'd do about replacing the tyre. I found them very unhelpful when corresponding with them and ended up paying for a new tyre myself. I then had a waning light come up on my dash board and after reading the manual, I took my car back to my mechanic who found I major fault in my steering column and tried contacting them again to see if they would help cover the cost due to only having my car a matter of months and again they were not very helpful at all telling me because I was just out of warranty it was my fault. I overall I had a dreadful experience with them and will certainly not be buying another car or recommending them.

First I will say I have had some bad experiences buying cars in the past. from pushy sellers to dodgy cars we've unfortunately experienced some of the worst.

We had a great experience buying a car from Village cars. it was easy to set up an appointment in the morning after we saw the advert for the car and very covid safe.

Neil was very helpful, knowledgeable about the car and was never pushy. He gave us time to look around it alone and then let us test drive the car with no pressure.

Really friendly and professional service all round. The car was very fairly priced, much nicer compared to others we'd seen and honestly never felt they were chancing their arm with the price.

He even helped source some shelves for the boot that were supposed to come with the car and got them delivered to us afterwards.

We wanted to drive the car away straight away but he wanted to get its new MOT sorted and safety check. Working quite long hours meant in the week it was difficult for us to get a reasonable time to come and collect the car but Neil offered to come and meet us late for us to pick it up.

Overall I can't recommend this dealership enough!

Whilst we didn't end up buying, we found a car viewing and test drive a pleasant experience. Owner is friendly, professional, courteous and unlike many other car dealers, not pushy or in for the hard sell. Would recommend.
