Harvey was brilliant! He advised us perfectly and worked to get us the best deal possible on both our cars. He kept us updated throughout the purchase and answered any and all questions we had. Not pushy at all :)

I recently purchased a Dacia and Graeme Ross was wonderful assisting me. It started by him offering me help in the parking lot and providing me an excellent customer journey. I am thrilled with my new Dacia - the third Dacia I have owned. I have never had a days worry with any of them! The dealership have looked after me so well, reminding me of servicing etc. and giving advice where necessary. Thank you Dacia and thank you Dan and Ollie at Henry Dacia Portsmouth. Just wanted to give a review of Hendy Dacia. I have been dealing with a great young man, Tom Benham. He is new to the business, but he is very likeable, knowledgeable, great customer interaction. In short a great chap to buy a car from. He made the whole process easy, enjoyable and gave a good deal. I would definitely buy a car again from him

Customer service adviser was Tracy Beale, she was very helpful and kept us informed at all stages. The electronic fault proved difficult to diagnose and was intermittent, and may not be fully resolved. The car was running correctly and the advice was that more diagnosis was not possible unless it faults again. I have taken the car away, fingers crossed! The diagnostics element of the £1233.72 at a rate of £133.00 per hour was the major part of the final bill. I consider this to be very expensive, hence only a three star rating

Very professional reception. Had courtesy car and member of staff made sure I was happy with an electric vehicle which I had never driven before. Show me everything that i neede to be aware of. Rung me to inform me that vehicle needed break pads and discs and did I want them to carry out repairs as it was red warning. Inform me of exact price of service and fittings etc of break pads and discs. I agreed that I would like them to carry out repairs.

Really nice retail experience
Great bunch of guys ..not at all pushy .
New their stuff .
We test drove a Stepway for 20 or so minutes .
Spent a couple of hours at the showroom and test driving
We were greeted and asked what we were looking for or did we prefer too just browse .
Harvey directed us too the Sandero new model .but we drove the auto Sandero Stepway.
Harvey went through all the details and financial options .
He didn't push for the order and was prepared to print out the details and phone me on Monday ..
I said I'd have a chat with my mate outside for 10 mins or so and I decided to place an order for the Stepway which included trading in my mitsubishi mirage which was on a pcp contract .
Delivery is not until November ish ..as they like most car dealers have been very busy :)

I turned up on Hendy's doorstep needing what was hopefully an easy emergency fix, en route to my Christmas holiday.

Through no fault of their own, the fix ended up taking 24 hours.

Throughout the process, the team kept me informed about what was happening.

Their customer service exceeded my expectations.

I'd highly recommend this dealership.
