The worst experience ever and I gave them 2 shots.
First time around, I took my DS7 under warranty to have some bits replaced. Not only did it take forever without having a clear view on when will I get the car back, but because we had a holiday, they rushed everything in just one day and I got the car back in a disgusting state - green paint marks on a black car, stained seats, stained doors on the interior plus a huge amount of grease on the doors and seats.
The second time around, I had one piece of trim that was not fixed the first time because they had to rush everything in one day. I had a booking for 8 am and did the first MOT and oil change. Left the car first thing in the morning, told them I will be waiting around to pick it up but, again, no time frame was given. I came back around 12, MOT and service were done, but they did not start on the trim yet. Came back at 2, they were just getting the car in, but the engine was making a very weird noise and had a backfire fault. They tried to understand what happened, no luck. The manager came in, no apologies, nothing. I then decided to check the car myself and realised the oil cap was not screwed in. Guess what? They said it was my fault because I put them under pressure. What a laughing stock of a manager. An MOT done first thing in the morning, came back at 2 and they were unde pressure. No apologies, nothing. I paid £320 to end up fixing the car myself and left home with the bit of trim not fixed as they decided to say at 2 that anyway they couldn't have done it becaude they have to take everthing off. Honestly, they did not know how to fix it. How can this be a dealership garage? Never use them, they have no clue whatsoever on what they need to do to do their job. They're not even able to apologise and claim ownership on their mistskes.
