Sold my 16reg BMW 320d here. Dealt with Dan over the phone who was very helpful and was quick to offer a quote and a next day appointment. The sale was fast and only took 15mins, super friendly service from Leanne. The money was in my account the same day! Couldn't recommend more.

My Mum purchased a car from Prestige 3 years ago and after such good customer service she returned this month to find her new car.

We dealt with Leanne who picked up our enquiry quickly and was super friendly and professional. She’s a brilliant asset to the team at Prestige Cars.

Leanne and Dan from prestige cars were really helpful from start to finish. The car had a small dent they repaired before I collected the car. After collecting the car noticed the area the dent had been the paint work was slightly off colour , Dan agreed to fix this issue and I had the work done locally.

I wish I can give 0 star . If you want to get mugged and have unnecessary stress than this is the place to go to.
I don’t leave negative reviews but this time I deemed it necessary to save others.

I am a taxi driver I was asked to leave my car for the entire day for “proper diagnoses” . I also informed them about the faults and what other mechanics suspect. They called me at end of the day and said we found oil leak and quoted me over £400 for repairs. When I discussed with them and ruled out the possibility of oil leak they said let’s check with a diagnosis machine ( it is nearly 5:00pm by now ). In front me they did the diagnosis and found that it had something to do with sensors which I told them before but they were not sure. They said they will call me next working day to be sure but never heard back from them and I had been charged over £80 for absolute rubbish diagnosis. I tried getting in touch with them the entire week but no luck . After 10 days or so I finally managed to speak to them and said we are working very hard to find the problem. Lol .
I got it checked by main dealer and when main dealer spoke to them, they said we did not check properly . What a joke !
Avoid them to save your time, money and stress.
Will never ever use them again .

Customer care is brilliant, first visit had a bit of a wait but was welcomed and given a cuppa. Wait time was reasonable as I was earlier than expected but Steve still apologised for the delay (no need, but appreciated).
I hired a sweet little Polo VW, surprisingly for a smaller car it still had plenty of room, my 6ft+ son was comfortable and didn't look like we'd wedged him in! It was quite economical, only needed 1 fill up then a little top up, to return at end of hire period.
Steve Jones, the sales/support assistant could not have done more or been more helpful. He really is a star. Once I explained my situation he came up with a car that fit my needs and was affordable. I was able to extend my hire period as I needed to, which has been very useful. Steve explained the whole hire process and didn't rush through it, made sure I was comfortable with it and understood what I was signing. Once out to the car, Steve talked me through where and what the controls are for, checked if I had any more questions,then left me to it! "just inside if I need anything! '.
Not hiring cars very often it was nice to be able to get this level of service, a clear explanation, any and all questions answered and a reasonably priced small hire car, that isn't cramped with a level of service second to none based on the experiences I have had.
Will I go back? Most definitely!
Would I recommend? 100% yes

I have just purchased a car through Patrick at Peter Cooper Prestige Cars Hedge End. What a truly superb experience!! I cannot thank Patrick enough the whole experience was straight forward, they did every thing they said they were going to do and more. It was an absolute pleasure to buy my vehicle from them. Marc provided plenty of details over the phone but there were a couple of issues after driving 3 hours to view the car. My concerns were eventually dealt with satisfactorily. Was not happy about fault found, but you can only hope that the dealer addresses them fairly under the circumstances which they did. So top rated review from me.
