Very happy with the service I received at Thames Motor Group. Rob the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with the electric wall charger (it came with the car from a third party) but they resolved the problem for me. Overall a very good experience.

Great experience buying my most recent Abarth from Thames in Tunbridge. Will was excellent throughout with videos showing each stage of when the car arrived at the dealer, before it was detailed and just before I collected it. The service was great and I'd definitely buy another car from there!

Must say great service from the manager at the start when I enquired about the car. But overall my experience here was not what I expected. I have even contacted them once I purchased the car for an upgrade as unhappy with the car I brought. No one wants to know or willing to help. Really poor service from a great brand.

Thanks for the reply. Definitely a communication break down as no one got back to me. And no there was not a price budget in place as I've just gone and brought a brand new one. So please understand the situation.
