Absolutely terrible experience.
The car I bought I had a knackered gearbox, I had a warranty which covered parts and labour so I took it to the Sparshatt's garage.
They tinkered with the gearbox and called me to say it was fixed, obviously hadn't tested it properly after as on the way home I found that it was no fixed.
They came to collect the car and fix it again assuring me they would sort it. I did get a courtesy car during this time which was one reason for the two stars and not one. They called a week later to say it was too expensive to fix so would give me my money back.
The warranty only covers a small amount of repairs and the garage clearly didn't test the car vigorously before selling it to me and couldn't have cared less when it was a dud.
I did get a full refund plus a little petrol money but I also had to wait for some as the log book had never been sent to me and they needed that.
Weeks later I found out they did not need the log book and could have just given all my money to me, as when it still didn't arrive they registered to trade anyway.
The price of cars went up by over £1000 per vehicle in this time, I now can't afford a replacement, Sparshatts wouldn't find me one like for like and when I asked if they were planning to resell the fiesta for more money they assured me it wouldn't be resold unless they found a second hand gearbox and repaired it which could take months.
The icing on the cake was to discover a couple of weeks later, the car was back on the market, having not been repaired! They hadn't informed the new owner that the gearbox was broken, very low morals!!
The only good thing was that Gideon was excellent throughout the whole experience and always took my calls and helped.
I would not buy from here again.

The worst experience I have ever had when looking for a car, I've bought my fair share of cars and decided that it's time to spend a bit more this time so before I even think about putting that amount of money down, I want to make sure I'm making the right decision. I've been to different dealers to get the right car for me and making sure I take my time. From the moment I got to the dealer I felt uncomfortable. The salesman was so pushy and adamant to sell me the car even when I told him that I was researching still to make sure I don't buy the wrong car like I've done in the past. I am so glad I had a friend come with me as I have no idea what could of happened, absolutely ruined our day. In the end the car wasn't for me as I couldn't get past the CVT transmission (first time driving one), but even if I liked the car I'd make it a point to not buy from here based on this horrible experience.

Honestly a terrible aftercare service. The salesman was amazing while getting me to purchase the car but then failed to register the car to the DVLA. After countless calls and being told the V5 is on the way I still havent received this 2 months later. Finally got it sorted and they hadnt put the paper work through at all and this could of been sorted on my first call.

I also went with the ceramic coating from them and booked a day off work to have this done. Upon arriving at the dealership they said it wasnt booked in a reschedualed for a second go which was completed. (I am happy with this now its on the car but a wasted days holiday).

This isnt the first car i got from here but it shall be the last. Awful service

Good car although was miss sold warranty at time of purchase by sales man, when I needed it they said I was not covered. Will not use again as don't trust sales techniques.

A very straightforward and successful experience. Communication was good from the start. Gideon picked me up from the station and brought me to the garage. I was left to inspect the car at my leisure with no pressure. Gideon answered all my questions satisfactorily. The purchase was easy and all the paperwork completed with no pressure on additional services. I would highly recommend buying a car from Sparshatts.

I arranged test drive. Tested. Got part exchange value for my car (bmw 335d touring). Thought about purchase overnight. Agreed to buy. Dropped my car off. Did paperwork. Picked up new car. Drive away smiling.

Probably the best service I’ve had with buying a car. Gideon and Chris were extremely professional and attentive. Went to look at a 2019 Ford Focus ST around 11am, car was bought, finance sent through and car was home by 3pm. Would highly recommend to anyone.
