We Buy Any Car Kings Lynn

Dear potential customers, please exhaust every alternative avenue (motorway.co.uk, eBay etc) before dealing with WBAC. My experience with this company and KL branch has been nothing short of diabolical. This is one of those outdated companies who is contemptuous of their customers and see them as ‘marks‘ not partners. They are morally bankrupt and dishonest from the first email to entice you in, to the employee who then screws you down on the initial quote, subtract £100s for imperceptible stone chips, to their customer services who are not there to help you but there as a smokescreen, and a head office full of grey (in shiny suits) employees who simply don’t care. I sincerely regret the day I pressed the ‘confirm appointment’ button; I was left with a damaged car (parts missing, trim broken and incorrectly refitted wing panel after 'an inspection' which must have been carried out by a baboon), £100s out of pocket with no recourse, no apology, nothing. WBAC is just another shady used car company stuck in the 80s with employees who have become so used to ripping off their customers, they have lost sight of right and wrong.
Seller BEWARE!

Please don’t bother with this rip off company, arrived today to find a very unprofessional lad sitting with his feet up on the table, who then proceeded with a very quick look at our car, he then followed with an almost insulting price being offered due to 3 slightly scratched wheels.. Needless to say, our car is now being advertised with Motorway with a confirmed valuation more than this company offered, with the 3 slightly scratched wheels too!!
Avoid, unless you’re desperate?

First experience here would have been 0 stars had we not had a much better experience the second time

The first man we spoke to was not only incredibly rude but also very belittling to my partner due to her gender vocally telling her women will get ripped off before offering her an absolute pittance for her car

The second time we went Darryl was working and he was great really straightforward honest and explained everything, obviously you get less that you'd get going private, but for speed and peace of mind not a bad choice

Great simple service, the only thing that would be useful is to know how the cars are graded on so you know if you will actually get the valuation price given...

Useless every step of the way office filthy, ,software bugs today, unable to complete sale this being second visit after offer was increased (only reason went back ) consider you time to sell not worthy of your money they are owned by bca in turn owned by cinch ya gonna sell at auction price sell at auction not a pleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend unless your desperate which ironically I wasn’t ah well lesson learned

Nice and polite. The pricing however is a joke.

The process of selling went very efficiently and quickly. The car was sold and within an hour the receipt was sent and cash deposited into my account. Great service and many thanks.
