I drove my MINI home last week - absolutely thrilled with the car and the outstanding service that I received from Mini, in particular Nathan Haines. I went to them on the off chance that I might be able to get a new car and luckily for me that had one that needed a new home. Nathan made the whole process clear, well explained and stress free. It was made even simpler by being able to sign everything electronically. Nathan communicated with me regularly, kept me up to speed with what was happening and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Well done Mini and huge thank you to Nathan!

We visited on the off chance of buying a JCW yesterday. I can honestly say the customer service was so amazing and I don't say that lightly! Mia who has passion and enthusiasm for the cars is outstanding! She knows the product too and answered all our questions. There is no pressure which I sometimes feel in other dealerships...its a relaxed professional happy environment! I spoke to Jamie in the service dept who gave me all the info I required. Thank you! Umar who was very approachable...listened and got the best deal ever! Nathan who is warm and welcoming when we first arrived and got the hot drinks for us! And finally Tom the manager who made the deal so easy. We both left the dealership feeling happy and we knew we had got the best deal ever too but with amazing customer service! Huge thank you to Mia! I truly can't recommend this dealership enough!

Just bought my VW golf from Nathan, he made it super easy and friendly despite it not even being a mini/bm. Got the impression throughout the sale he actually cared about my requirements. Which isn't usually the case with car salesmen! Once receiving the car it was discovered that the cam belt needed replacing, which Nathan / Tom did FOC and with a nice hire car whilst it was being fixed. Dont hesitate to buy from these guys.

My family have previously purchased 4 Mini's from this dealership. Went to purchase a new Mini today. Sadly we did not have the experience that we have received in the past, and so we went a short distance to Group 1 Mini in Farnborough and bought one there.

Went there with my girlfriend with jammed back gate of our Countryman. No mechanic had even looked at it, got appointment booked 3 weeks later for diagnostics - £176 quoted just for diagnostics without any repair cost. Diagnostics cost not deductible from repair cost (how the heck can you charge for diagnostics for repair that a customer wants you to conduct!!! Which is in your own interest to make the repair). Took our Countryman to a private garage in the village who opened jammed gate in 3 minutes, said that latch is tight and if it happens again then he is happy to do the job. Did not charge me a penny for that. Called Marshall to cancel appointment but no one was picking up the phone. There is a lot you need to learn about customer service dear Mini team - because you just lost one customer for ever.
Using occasion I also asked for winter tyres for my 3 series. Got a quote for over £1500. Bought the same tyres online for £800.
