Had a booking. Turned up on time. Only one person there. Kept us waiting for 40 minutes then cancelled the appointment. Could not be less professional. Businesses like this make be despair at our country. Avoid like the plague.

I’d leave less than 1 star if I could. Don’t use this service. As part of webuyanycar’s agreement, they guarantee:
- the online valuation for 4 days.
- to pay the initial price quoted if the car is in the condition noted online.
- if not, and discrepancies are noted, the opportunity to rectify them to a professional standard within those 4 days.

Onsite my car value was quoted less than over £1000.00 of the initial valuation. When asked why, I was told this was because it had no service history. When telling the sales assistant that I had provided this information during the online valuation, I was then told it was due to my car being a category 3/4 (whatever that means) even though my car was in perfect condition.

Not sure what kind of racket is being run here but avoid at all costs.

The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the amount I was paid for my vehicle.

Fair price , fast service, very helpful staff at every stage . Would definitely recommend them . The initial quote you receive isn’t the price you will get that will only be finalised once they have seen and inspected your car. I was still very happy with the amount I received and if you’re not , then there is no obligation to sell .
