We had a fun day of test driving vehicles. Very helpful sales staff here. We explained what we had in mind and they came up with several choices. All the vehicles were clean and easy to get to. We felt very like after by the staff. Thank you for a great experience today. Wonderful used and new vehicles.

Upon visiting Picador used car dealership in Southampton. The staff were very helpful. Especially Martin Firkins who was very professional & provided a friendly service. Martin answered every question. Sent additional pictures as requested. Martin resolved any issues we had with great efficiency which ultimately made the final sale of the vehicle (Ford S-Max). It was a wonderful stress free experience purchasing the vehicle from Picador plc.

Friendly staff, easy to drop off car, everything is explained over the phone and on collection.

All went well with dropping of the car and receiving the courtesy car. The courtesy car could have been cleaned inside and out, thought it did not show the company in good light.

Good service and pleased although I did have to call after 5 hrs to see what was happening.

Google mapped for New Renault Dealer and drove all the way to Snows to find they no longer sell new Renaults. Still have Renault sign outside front but all Vauxhall now! Wasted trip! Hendy Renault now have the franchise for Renault in Southampton, right off the M3 - far easier access.

We have been coming here for about 14 years and have always had good service, from them, Darren, Mike and George from servicing are who we mainly deal with and you can't fault them and they look after you. The other staff are also very knowledgeable and if you have any questions they are happy to help. We will keep coming back.

Fantastic for buying a used car from. James was a great guy, as are all the other sales guys. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car here. Walked through ever step of the way. Absolutely brilliant team!!!!
