Having bought my first Elise through lotus Silverstone I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly share the passion for Lotus. Would definitely use again. Big thank you to Robert and Matt and rest of the team.

Visited Lotus Silverstone to enquire about the new Emira. The premises are easily found and parking was easy. I received a lovely greeting from Rita and all the information I needed about the car, prices, delivery etc.
I also perused the excellent approved used stock. You forget how low these cars are compared to a Porsche or such like with the racing heritage really showing through. I can’t wait to test drive an Emira later this year.
Well worth a visit for Lotus and sports car fans.

A great purchase experience from viewing the car to collection and after sales. Aimee was a pleasure to deal with and a real asset to the business. The car was extremely well prepared and I couldn’t find anything to fault it. A much more pleasant buying experience than from many other high end marques.

Great team at Lotus Silverstone. Aimee is brilliant and very passionate about the brand and quite helpful both with the purchase and after sales support. They are not my nearest lotus dealer and are about 100 miles away, but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now after how they looked after me.

Visited today after a telephone call to make sure the car I was interested in was there and to confirm it was acceptable for me to view the car. After driving 3 hours I was greated by a very helpful lady who informed me the sales lady was just with another customer and would be with me shortly.
I took a look around while waiting, was offered a drink by the first lady. All good at this point until the sales woman showed up.
She was unpleasant to say the least. I asked a few questions about the damage to the seat on the car I was interested in, common fault apparently, which is fine that could be sorted. The car was dirty which wasn't great, ive been looking at this particular car for some time so it wasn't new in, I dont understand why a dirty car is in the show area. Probably why it hasn't sold and has been dropping in price!
I asked could I test drive the car, to be asked was I really serious about buying the car and it's £50 if I did want a test drive. So given the rude way I was treated I turned this down, if they are that awkward before you buy a car they will be dreadful to deal with. If I wasn't serious about buying the car I wouldn't have driven 3 hours.
It's a pity really I wanted another British car after my Aston martin. I took my business over to Porsche who were more than helpful. My advice is to avoid this dreadful place. Go elsewhere, its a joke!!

Just been back for another annual service and I'm very impressed with the team as always. They turned my car around really quickly, Rita was an absolute star and I felt very looked after.

I would highly recommend the team to anyone wanting to buy or maintain a lotus.

Hired a 420R for two days and it was fabulous. Everything was highly professional, and the car was ready to go when we arrived. We had a full run through of everything we needed to know and once on the road the car performed superbly just as we'd expected. Altogether a faultless performance from the team at Lotus Silverstone.

Had a great meeting with Robert to thrash out the spec of my new 420. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars they are selling. I'm looking forward to continuing the journey towards the August 2022 delivery of my new car. Very exciting.
