Excellent service from Callum when I bought my Seat Leon at Aldershot SMC. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales process. The car had a minor door trim rattle on the test drive which Callum made sure was fixed before I collected the car. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Staff at the branch phoned me regularly with updates on progress on the work on the car. They arranged a lift to the station - the driver was also very pleasant. Courteous and professional and, as the car was under warranty, there was no charge There was also a very useful discount arrangements for the next two services and MOTs.

Absolutely shockingly bad service!!! This is applicable to the woking SMC group!!!!

My car went in for a service and came back damaged. Furthermore, i had a replacement car whilst my car was being serviced. I was told i had made damage to the car (which i had not)... The car was not inspected with myself beforehand!

Paperwork had not been signed! I also asked for CCTV to be reviewed to confirm the car had not been inspected, to which i was told they dont have CCTV!!! This can not be true!!!!

Warning to all do NOT use this garage!!!! Like a previous reviewer stated this company are Sly, Outrageous, they will treat you like a fool, scare you and lie!!! They will take advantage of you and will make their own rules as they go.

I would also like to point out that if you are a lone female take someone with you!!! I was intimidated so much, i feel had i had a partner with me they would NOT have spoken to me or treated me in such an appalling way!!!!!

Picked up a new Seat from SMC Woking and I had a great overall experience. I was dealing with Paul Watson and he was extremely helpful from the moment we had our original call. He was very knowledgeable and guided me through the entire car purchasing process (first car being bought in the uk), for which i am very grateful. Overall service from SMC was fantastic and the deal they had on the car was market leading with a number of great additional benefits. Highly recommend!

Callum provided me with a great service when I bought my new Seat Ateca earlier this year. So far very happy with the purchase.

I bought my car three years ago and invested in the 3 year service agreement. I am very pleased that I did so as it has proved to be a good investment, working out far cheaper than paying for each service separately. SMC staff have been easy to deal with, courteous and responsive. They also offer a pick up service for vehicles when they are going into the garage, which I used this time. It was much appreciated, especially as I live a fair distance from the garage.

Excellent professional service with regards to sales. For after sales, that’s another matter. You can never get hold of them. They have lost my business for servicing and for future sale of 2 cars. I will be looking elsewhere. Shame as I do like Seat’s, but will be looking at other makes next year.
