Great staff. They were friendly, helpful and professional as well as having a good sense of humour. They made us feel at ease right from the start. Kept us informed of progress of delivery. We got a video sent to us before the pick up date showing how the car works. This was very useful. All in all a wonderful experience and we would buy from here again.

Excellent customer service , hassle free part exchange and the car in near perfect condition. A special shout to Darren who was never pushy with his pitch and was proactive in giving us regular updates.

Got a car from Arnold Clark and had nothing but issues with it sticking clutch the automatic hand break came off when it was parked up and rolled down the road! Could have caused some serious injuries.

Told them about it they told me it’s got a 60 day warranty so booked it in on a Friday morning at 8am rang them to ask if we could drop it off the day before they said yes service team goes early but if you get there before 8pm the sales team can take the car in and get the keys.

I drive 45mins to get to them for 7:02pm and they are shut not a person in sight all the barriers closed not even anywhere for me to just park it up and post the keys.

Shocking

Now have to drive the unsafe car back another 45mins home!

My sales persons James and Ben were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. On my initial enquiry of the car, James braved the icy conditions to send me a fully comprehensive video of the car within an hour and was very informative and passionate on his presentation, I was 'sold' straight away! However, my sensible head told me to physically see the car myself. A test drive was booked whereby Ben oversaw all the legal paperwork to get me on the road, which was seamless. After this we discussed the various options of the car sale. After a days pondering, I decided to go for it, and arranged collection today. Both Ben and James were present on completion of the sale, working as a fabulous team to explain both the car features and the final paperwork/online documentation. All in all, I wish to congratulate Ben and James for a extremely satisfying, assuring hand over, I felt looked after and cared for at every stage of the process. There was no pressure and any questions or hesitations I had were handled professionally and with sympathy and understanding. I would 100% recommend these two sales people to anyone looking to buy a car from, they are knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I am now on the road with my fabulous car, and extremely happy with it, can't stop smiling. Thank you again Ben and James, and happy Christmas to you both. Elena wren.

The fan heater wasn't working in my Renault Megane. Helen on the service desk was extremely helpful, keeping me well informed until the repair was completed. The technician did a fantastic job, diagnosing the fault and getting everything working again. I can't thank the service staff at Sunwin's enough, I felt my car was in excellent hands and all the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, it was such a relief to finally have heating in the car cabin again especially during this very cold snap. 🙂

Really excellent. I saw a car online which I then enquired about. The call back was swift and efficient. I then spoke with Richard at Preston who was lovely. He was really well informed, efficient, friendly and I felt secure that I was getting all the information I needed. Emily did a video for me which was great. I then liaised with Jean about collecting the car and he was brilliant too. He also really knew his stuff and gave me everything I needed. All in all I would absolutely recommend these guys if you are looking for a car. They were fab!

I highly recommend Arnold Clark 1000% after having an issue with 2 other garages over their weekend looking for a car I ended up here. No pestering, no pressure.
I new exactly what I wanted. I had a budget in mind and I ended up with the perfect car.
Every single member of staff was everything I needed to make me feel at ease. I had my children with me they was looked after by other staff which was a huge help.
Jean is your man to see 👌🏽
