A fantastic experience from start to finish. They advertised a really nice looking car at what I considered to be a really good price. I felt no 'sales pressure' when I went to view and test drive the vehicle. I found it completely as advertised. Steve (and later, Max) were very open and honest and I thought their offer for my trade-in was extremely fair. In summary, I would definitely buy from them again without hesitation. Many thanks!

After doing a great deal of thorough research to find the car that I wanted, I was lucky enough to find the exact (actually better than exact) car at Cruze Motor Company and although this garage was a long way from my home, I felt it was worth the journey to go to see the car with a view to purchasing it there and then. I spoke to Max prior to going to see the car and felt very confident in making this long journey given the conversation we had beforehand. When I arrived to view the car it was better than I expected. Mileage and service were all excellent and as advertised and the car was immaculate. The price of the car was very good also. I purchased the car and drove it home that day. I was extremely pleased with the car and the service Max provided.

A short while later, after I got the car home, it started with a problem with the clutch and ended up needing to have this replaced which was VERY costly. I am so impressed with Max who provided EXCELLENT aftercare and arranged to have this repaired at a garage local to me, taking care of the cost as the car was still under warranty (unfortunately, it was a problem that Cruze Motor Company could not have foreseen it was just one of those things). I cannot recommend using Max and Cruze Motor Company enough. The service when purchasing the car and the aftercare service was excellent, no quibbles, no trying to get out of dealing with the problem and no issue over funding the repairs. My car runs so smoothly, its such a pleasure to drive. If and when I ever need a new vehicle, I would not hesitate to make that long journey again! Cruze Motor Company will be the first place I will look. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a second hand vehicle.

Great personal touch, great to buy a car from a dealer who genuinely cares about having a happy customer! Father and Son business and we dealt directly with Steve. We are very happy with our car - we bought it on viewing it first time, it was in great condition exactly as per the advert. After sales service has been spot on too, thanks Steve!

I can't recommend this company enough. I hate salesmen and their patter but there was none of that. We were left to look over a car and test drive it by ourselves. The chap was friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to get the car ready for my daughter so she could get to work as a carer. They even put a new set of tyres on even though it only needed one. When it came to collection my husband had tested for covid so couldn't come to finalise things but I felt comfortable doing this and at no point felt I was being spoken down to (as can happen in garages to women). Only early days but my daughter loves the car which was sensibly priced, drives well and looks great. Thank you Cruze Motors, you were brilliant!

Cruze is a genuine small family business. Max and Steve are lovely, honest, straightforward people and truly care about their customers being satisfied with their cars. 100% recommend!
