We received excellent customer service when purchasing our new car from Lawrence Warner. We are very pleased with it, have received excellent value for money and and were very impressed with the very smooth, professional and courteous transaction it involved.
They are not local to us but it was fully-worth travelling the distance. They did indeed exceed our expectations.

I have dealt with Lawrence Warner's for over 10 yrs & purchased various cars for both myself & partner, Whilst we have had the odd small problem ( which you can get with a new car) it has always been sorted out without any trouble sometimes even after the 3 months warranty.
My last car was a Smart car cabriolet,, I had a problem with the roof they not only tried to fix the problem out of hours, as there repairer could not fix it they arranged for a Smart car specialist .to affect the repair.
I have no hesitation in recommending them & purchasing cars in the future.
They give great service at a fair price

Difficult to put into words the fantastic service from everyone at Lawrence Warner. Bought a lovely spec Cliosport from them after searching for a while. No pressure tactics to secure a sale and left me to myself with the car to get a feel for it! Then sorted a few things out for me and included in the asking price and I collected the following weekend! Great post sales service also can't fault it! If the Mrs lets me I'll be back soon enough for a trade up! Cheers guys!!

Two faults on car, neither were known to Scott when we collected the car. Scott arranged with the main dealer to solve the faults quickly... nice to see that a family business with old fashion values... well done Scott!

Bought a car from them last Tuesday.
Very relaxed experience.
We were given the key and allowed to look around the car ourselves.
Then we went on a test drive alone. We were given a suggested route to follow.
No pressure or sales talk.

Went to view and test drive a car last week. The salesman was incredibly helpful and informative he was also very relaxed and was not pressuring me when looking round the car which I appreciated. Understanding when discussing any issues with the car and always willing to help out. Definitely recommend.

I bought a Mercedes CLS350 in May 2021 from Scott and had to bring it back with two minor problems, the first being a faulty glow plug and the second a malfunction warning on the dashboard.
On both occasions the problems were dealt with immediately and without question.
I would highly recommend Lawrence Warner to any prospective buyer of a quality used car.
