Superb car dealer. I was in having my vehicle serviced. The staff couldn't do enough to be helpful and friendly. The car also had a Hoover and wash. The vending machines were well stocked and also a tea and coffee machine, news papers to read to pass some time. Very happy to use this dealer and will be back again next year for my next service.

Brought a new car from here in January and the salesman was really good. However I booked my car in because of a handbrake fault in October,I booked it in at 9-10 for a 1 hour fault finding appointment,if they can fix it within the hour they do,i they can't they book you in for a another day and give you a courtesy car. Whilst on the phone booking my hour appointment the "nice lady" said I would definitely be done by 10 because I had to goto work. What a shock I had when I got in there at 9am and the lady said I've only got a 15 min appointment,not an hour,and she can't guarantee what time it will be looked at........and even though my car is only 9 months old she said because I've done over 1000 miles in it the 3 year warranty wouldn't cover it and I would have to pay !!!!! What a joke. I asked the rude,obnoxious lady at the desk to get the service manager so I could deal with them............then she said she was the service manager. Well she didn't dress,look or act like the managers that I normally deal with !! I really hate dealing with Hartwell ford now,I'm on a 3 year deal but long before that deal expires I will definitely goto a better dealership anywhere else and px there and get my next new car from there,really gutted that the salesman was so nice but the aftercare was sooooo bad. One more thing,as I left with the hump,i could hear the "service manager" arguing with another man who was claiming this was the third time he'd been given the runaround by the ford service team........buyers beware !!

Took my Wife's car to Hartwell Ford for its annual Service & MOT. I was very pleased to receive super service from Lisa on my arrival & from Mohammed on collection of the vehicle. Also, very happy to receive their usual report on areas to monitor which will enable me to decide when to have the work done, thus maximising wear on the current fittings before having the new ones fitted. The car was & is running perfectly once again, even my Wife noticed, now that can't be bad! Cheers Guys, great job!

Wont ever buy a car from them service team incompetent no knowledge of my wifes car being booked in for a service even though confirmed on email. Sales team need a good kick up the backside we ordered a new car, sold our old one and when we went to pick up the new one it was completely wrong. Never again

Their service department used to be good but not anymore as it now lacks customer appreciation. I am glad they no longer service peugeot cars so I don't have do take my car there.
