Having booked our car for brake pad renewal 2 weeks ago we received a couple of reminders of the booking. Good so far. My husband took the car in on the booked date registered at the reception area and told to wait in the waiting room. Half an hour later he was then told we can't do your car today as the parts have not arrived. Very disappointed would have been good to have been told before he drove the 15 miles to the workshop. Bad communication.

Excellent garage. Everything worked like clockwork. The communication from them was excellent, starting with booking the car in, the explanation of process of fault finding along with updating me as the work progressed. Clearly they communicated effectively with each other and everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. First time I've used any main dealer in a very long time and I was very, very impressed. I know it turned out to be a straightforward solution but thank you for sorting everything so quickly. 👍👍👍👍👍

The job was done very well but 2 days later than we needed because they forgot to send a promised message that the part on order had arrived. Also on payment I was advised that certain work needed doing fairly soon. I asked for an estimate to be emailed and had to phone when it didn't arrive. Still waiting.

Having just purchased a new car I can honestly say the process has been smooth from star to finish.
The sales person was professional throughout going through all details clearly. The level of contact for updates was superb, especially as post COVID new cars are taking longer to manufacture. The hand over was well prepared and all my questions answered, with the assurance that if anything should occur to me in the next few days to just call and they would help. A great car sold by a good dealership.

First time I tried to use a dealer for my first car. Was on the website and sent a email just regarding the information I would need to provide to finance a car and was later called and asked which car I would like to finance. After I selected a car on the I had a second call from someone in the finance department telling me I wouldn’t be able to get finance as I have been living out the country too long (understandable). I got a call back from the original sales person telling me that it wouldn’t be a issue so I left it with him and a few days later told I accepted and I came to the dealership to put a deposit down on the car. A week later was told I wasn’t approved for my finance. Since then I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my refund on the deposit and wasn’t given any paperwork to show it been sent to me or anymore communication for the dealer.

Staff so helpful. Will find out how good they are tomorrow when I find out the cost for parts.
Soon changed my mind. Paid to be told what was wrong with my car. Which I knew. Nothing actually done to help the situation. Was told parts I needed were not available any more. This was for a 2010 car with 54000 miles on clock. On examination of the paperwork I was given, it looks like they were trying to source parts for another car not mine. Parts are for a twin top 1.6 sports convertible. Model on invoice states 5 door 1.4 hard top. No wonder you couldn't source parts. Called them yesterday. Was told someone would call me back. Nothing as yet. Still waiting!

I was so lucky to be dealt with from start to finish by Andrew. He has always been there for us throughout the whole Motabilty process keeping us up to date on all things with regards of the manufacturing of our new vehicle. He has always been so friendly and welcoming and yet stayed very professional. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Andrew and I hope we get a chance to deal with him again when our vehicle is next due to be updated. Thank you again very much for all your help and advice Andrew it has proven to be invaluable thanks again, Mr Curran.

Car serviced under service plan and as always I received a brief video covering some of the basic checks (wheels, exhaust, brakes etc). Service was done within timescales and the car valeted to a great standard, MOT was carried out and advisory notes were issued but not aggressively persued. I was kept informed as to what was found and contacted as soon as the service was complete, all interaction with the staff were very professional and all in all I am very satisfied.
