Took Mustang Mach-e in for warranty work. Courtesy Car provided was dirty & empty fuel. Left with a fresh chip in driver’s door on collection. The interior plastic moulding under ‘frunk” was removed and not replaced properly, missing plastic pins to hold it in place. Service denied it ,saying that was how it came in. A complete lie!
Taylors Boston worked on it last verified Skegness was wrong and will repair it and bill them. I recommend going to Boston!

Absolutely shocking. Got quoted for parking sensors, front & rear on my car approx £110 front, £136 rear and about £60 for fitting so just over £300 for the lot. Booked in to have them done today. £174, just the rear ones? I asked why not the fronts as well, they told me they had only quoted for rears - WRONG! Was told it would be £328 for fronts. I complained to manager but his attitude was there's been a miscommunication somewhere and they can't do the fronts for any less than £328!! I won't be taking my car back there again unless I'm absolutely desperate and even then I would ask for quote in writing so they can't claim 'miscommunication' again!!

excellent service all round. parts staff very friendly and helpful, couldn't of helped more. parts correct and very quick delivery. sales and service staff very polite. couldn't ask for a better experience

Ordered the wrong part, never even apologised then wanted a extra £10 , took it into be told no need bring it in tomorrow when new part arrives , came across very arrogant, bad customer service, in need of new staff😡😡😡

Poor customer service when we collected our new Kuga and when after 2 months we took it in for warranty work they did not have a courtesy car despite telling them we needed one
