We Buy Any Car Burton On Trent

Went to Burton on Trent branch, found the guy there very helpful and on top got a great price for my truck. I can recommend the Burton branch to anyone.

So disappointed in my experience here. Over 5% of the online valuation was taken off upon inspection despite the car being in good condition. Some slight scratching on the front left of the car which was known about and under £100 to fix but they take money off for random dots they find where stones have flicked up and aren't visible unless inspected extremely thoroughly. In total over £800 removed for almost no reason. The online valuations are clearly a ploy to lure people in, in the hopes they they can use sales techniques to secure the deal. Only positive is that the rep was polite, but disappointed she was unable to provide a breakdown of why so much cash was taken off other than a vague blaming of the system calculations. I will be avoiding Webuyanycar from how on.

Quick and easy. Friendly staff at the Burton on Trent branch. I expected to be bartering with them over the quoted website price but they looked around the car and were happy to pay what they initially quoted. Great to deal with in my opinion. Thanks again

Have to say, really easy, very friendly. Joseph the gent valuing my car was ace, went through everything highlight a couple of bits on the car which I knew about and then gave me the valuation which I accepted, he then went through all the online docs and I received an email confirming everything…. Would recommend as a very simple efficient way to sell your car.

As advertised, friendly staff explained options and fees etc... no hidden costs, quotes based on your description so the more detailed you are the more accurate your quote will be. They are operating out of a small office complex in Burton upon trent and as the door is locked you have to ring bell and knock to gain entry. That because it was raining cats and dogs was the only issue as it ment standing waiting for nearly 5 mins ringing bell, knocking on door and ringing phone to get someone's attention by which time I was soaked. Still a good experience overall and the stress free quickness of the whole thing makes it in my eyes well worth using them to sell your vehicle when ready... thumbs up 👍

The lad that was on today was very helpful, easy to talk to, transparent and clear. His name escapes me (sorry). Fast and easy and talked me through the whole process, was in and out in around 30mins.

Awful company, angered by being lured in. Only chose 1 star as no stars isn't an option.
They tried to wipe 2k off internet offer price with no real justification, a 5 year old car with very low mileage! Take my advice, trade in with a reputable dealer or sell privately.

Good service afforded but tried to take advantage on price, drawn in with a good 1st offer then after the appraisals offered £600 less for 3 very tiny marks that could be tcut out very easily 😳
