What an excellent experience. I was very pleased to be treated with courtesy and respect. Bill met and chatted to me then handed me the keys. My new Ford KA is perfect, even better than the advert and a very good price too . All the paperwork was completed and when I asked if the car could be delivered to me the next day, he said this would be no problem and it was duly delivered to my door the next day. I have purchased 3 cars now from this company and have always gone away pleased with my purchase. I would happily recommend Bill and his company

Recently bought a car from PMC and can't praise them enough. The whole process was excellent; from showing us the right car to offering a reasonable price and the aftercare were 1st class. Bought an Audi A3 from PMC a couple of months ago. When visiting had a great chat with Bill, great guy, honest and makes the experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. Recently had an issue with the gear box which once i got the car to Bill he had fixed in decent timing. Kept me updated and what was happening with the car. Definitely recommend buying from them

Purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from them a few years ago. After buying had numerous issues with it. Looked underneath and turns out chassis on the front had been attached to frame with cable tie. Underneath was also rusted. Trims were coming off, leak to the coolant, leaver to open bonnet fell off, handbrake not working properly.

When having the car serviced at 2 separate garages informed that the car was essentially a write off due to the amount of issues. One described the frame underneath as if driving in a box that's bent but with the wheels straight.

Going back to the garage the salesman denied there being a problem and tried to blame me for it, despite knowing we had only had the car a week or so and had been back due to numerous problems.

Ended up part exchanging the car elsewhere after 3 to 4 months so could only retrieve half the money back.

I would suggest anyone considering buying from PMC cars do so with extreme caution. If you can afford it then have a mechanic or pay for the AA or someone to inspect the car fully (including) underneath.

Also beware of the pushy salesman. Has a lot of patter about him - loud and tries to get on your level with stories about his daughter buying her first car.

P.S I'm not interested in hearing any rubbish the dealership comes back with to this review. You can see from other reviews they are defensive about issues raised and almost come across as if customers are making things up.

Yes you did sell me a car it was sold to my grandfather. It was a Vauxhall Corsa black 2005 plate. I have the PMC cars paperwork to prove it. You also offered an AA warranty at the time which was not worth the paper it's written on. We came to you to advise of the £2000 of issues which 2 independent garages had advised was wrong with the car.

And I'm also aware you call yourselves Nook service cars on writtle road.

Great customer service and great cars! Bought a fiesta zetec from here around the Christmas period and was in absolutely perfect condition. Had a couple issues with my bonnet cable and boot switch however both were fixed right away for free. Highly recommend buying from here!!
