If could give lower then would, worse garage ever been to! The cars are not a accrute description to the ads when question get very funny refuse to sell me the car reported to police for scam due to service history is not correct says full history but just them.puttung a pollen filter in and no battery checks or nothing when question refuse to sell the car and just block you Please do your research very bad reviews on other sites and 2nd worst garage in whole of Portsmouth area. I have lost 500 deposit what I'm lucky in some ways could of bought a car with damp problems from the trunk and plenty of other hidden stuff!

I made a phone call about a VW Passat, after being re-assured that the car was in excellent condition inside and outside i.e no damage or any mechanical issue so we decided to view the vehicle. After travelling 3 hours from Birmingham to Fareham we arrived to see that the car had had a front end shunt with significant bumper damage, broken wing mirror alongside a few dents around the car! That’s definitely not excellent condition and after a brief conversation with these guys there was no remorse, no apology and they could not careless about wasting peoples valuable time!!!!!!!! They deserve no stars but that’s unfortunately not an option on Google.

Coming up to 4 years of ownership since I purchased my wife a BMW X5 from Bayer Car Sales... the car has been brilliant! has barely cost us anything other than normal services etc. so thought id write a long term ownership review. looking back now we got it for a very fair price. Really rate these guys and will buy from again. No nonsense, no pressure, just helpful easy going team.

Can't recommend this shower at all. Rang them 4 times about a pickup, every time they took details and said would phone back with more info, then after a few days sold it to someone else. But, they had another suitable vehicle in stock, so told them I would still be interested, again they took details and heard nothing, so rang 2 more times, got speaking to an obnoxious man called Shaun, who said he would get back to me shortly with photos and a video, never bothered his backside and was downright rude on the phone. Manners cost nothing, sadly not at Bayer Car Sales.

Was told by salesman Shaun what a lovely porsche Macan it was, left a deposit and organised to collect it a week later as live 3hrs away. The car was not "as lovely" as Shaun had described....body work was riddled with car Park dinks, rear bumper had been hit, dent in o/s wheel arch. Shaun said he'd have the car MOTd (after I asked him to) but driving home on my long 3hr journey realised the washers werent working (how did that pass the MOT I wonder) 🤔 I was told the car had service history but on arrival to collect the car I was then told all service history is on the porsche database so he couldnt give me any hard evidence - again not something he told me over the phone on initial contact (still trying to locate it) If I didn't live so far away they'd have had the car back the following day.... Don't trust what the salesman tells you, I bought a bit of nail at my own expense!!!! Poor experience I'm afraid.

Elliott, Lloyd, and Shaun were great over the purchase of my Jaguar.
Everything they said they would do, they did. Change over day was smooth, will no issues at all.
Great communication from first viewing to handover.
Highly recommend if your looking for a quality car, along with quality service you pop down to see them.

Put a deposit down on Range Rover (£2000) deal went down through the money lenders so I offered to pay the full amount for the jeep in 8 days showed proof of funds by my financial advisor. Still didn’t allow the sale with full amount paid…..says a lot about the company

Bought a Lamborghini from these guys. Lloyd was extremely helpful through the whole process and very welcoming on collection day, sharing the excitement. The car was very fairly priced too and I feel this is a themed throughout their whole stock
