Booked in for 10.30, all appointments before hand were double booked. Eventually got seen at 11.45. After them taking off money for every slight blemish, I almost owed them to take the vehicle off me. Was actually offered 30% of their original quote. Completely wasted a full morning of my time waiting outside in the cold. Avoid at all costs. I feel for people that are in no position to walk away without a deal. Very poor service.

Easy sell, friendly staff, well situated and easy to find.
Only lost a star because the initial quote is often unrealistic, maybe it would be better if they gave a ball park amount rather than one quote. I've sold three cars to WBAC now.

I think the guy is called Kieran. He was the WBAC representative at Cheltenham and was great. He was really friendly, very efficient and great to deal with. He made the process really simple. He is an asset to your firm.

Kieran at the Cheltenham branch was so helpful it really made the whole process seamless. I was really really sad to be parting with my car but we really needed to upsize and it just seemed like the right time to do it.

I had outstanding finance on my vehicle and naturally I was running around from pillar to post trying to make sure this Finance was settled on my current car to then be able to sort my new car etc. This meant I called and emailed Kieran multiple times throughout the day to check everything I had was in order, he was super helpful and never seemed annoyed or frustrated by my numerous calls and messages throughout the day.

Recently sold my car here. Mark was friendly and professional and I got a price very close to the online valuation. The only reason it was reduced was because of a dent near the back of the car I simply hadn't noticed when entering the car details and condition online, so that was fair enough.

Don't believe what you may have heard or read - from this experience, I'd use webuyanycar again and am happy to recommend.
