Outstanding Service.... I purchased my Audi A6 from Oakleaf Automotive and I am so pleased with the car and the service. When I came to view the car it was ready and waiting for me to test drive. David was very knowledgeable and made me feel instantly at ease. I loved the car a bought it there and then. I arranged to collect in a few days, on collecting the car it was as though it had just rolled out of a main dealers showroom. Will certainly recommend and will be going back when it's time for an upgrade.

I was probably the most indecisive customer ever. I went to look at one car in particular but my head was turned by so many others. They were helpful, patient and did not push me to purchase. Oakleaf allowed me to reserve a couple of cars over a weekend and gave me time to consider my choice. I had a few queries with my final choice as I have had bad experiences in buying cars in the past but they were understanding and reassuring. Having bought the car today I am confident that if there are any issues there will be no problem getting it sorted. The selection of cars is brilliant and I was allowed to leisurely look at them all in the beautiful converted barn that Oakleaf are based in. I would highly recommend Oakleaf Automotive and am sure will purchase again from them in future.

I had been searching for an Audi SQ5 for sometime, I had viewed and test driven a few which were no where near their description. I was not holding out much hope when I visited Oakleaf, however I was pleasantly surprised. Fraser and Dave were very helpful and knowledgeable, putting my mind at ease almost straight away. The Audi was immaculate and after a test drive I just had to buy.

The whole process was really smooth, from sorting the finance to organising delivery. I've had the car a few months now and i still love driving it.

From our first call showing an interest in the car, to arriving 3 hrs later to view it, we were treated very professionally. The information provided about the car was extremely thorough. Fraser couldn't have been more helpful, advising where to go for lunch whilst he arranged an M.O.T to enable us to drive the car home the same day. Nothing was too much trouble. No pressure to buy and a faultless service. A pleasure to do business with you Sir.

Dishonest and deceitful car dealers. Sold me a car that broke down four months after purchase. Purchased extended RAC warranty with the vehicle but the breakdown was not covered under the warranty because it was as a result of poor oil condition sold with the car. This was the official verdict of the RAC Warranty investigation. Oakleaf Automotive unable to provide evidence they did a service or oil change prior to my purchase. Oakleaf are ignoring all of my correspondence politely asking to cover the costs of breakdown. Currently going through the RAC to investigate Oakleaf’s integrity as an RAC approved dealership. Was without a car for a total of 9 weeks while awaiting my RAC warranty claim to be investigated only to be told I had to pay for the repair because it was caused by dirty oil. Not what you expect 4 months after buying from an RAC approved dealer with their multiple checks which clearly were not carried out. AVOID THIS DEALER

Fab to deal with, Frazer was lovely to deal with. Traveled from up North to collect vehicle was easy pleasant sale. Lovely car very happy with my new car. Thank you 😊
