The worse experience I had ever as a customer! I was looking to buy a car, and saw one on heritage audi web page, then rang our local Cheltenham branch and asked about an option to see the car and have a test drive, understandable this wasn't enough to bring the car here so asked to have a test drive on similar car with same engine then after a chat with sale consultant called Sam manage to book one, my husband went on the day and because he was wearing his work clothing the guy refuse to let him in the car if he is not buying it.. . absolutely unacceptable!?! He just left and we had our car from Vindis Bedford and honestly they're amazing! Hope that won't have to go back to Heritage Audi Cheltenham
