I normally buy my cars new but given that I’d have to wait 12 months due to the current supply delays I decided to look around for a good used one, ideally through a main dealer. For that reason when the perfect model came up at a non main dealer 110 miles away - Ongar Bridge - I was nervous. Pictures of a dodgy used car lot with man in a trilby and camel coat came into my mind’s eye. This was not helped in the first minutes of my initial enquiry call by Peter saying "but we’re Ongar Bridge - we’ve been around for 30 years - honest, you can trust us!".

You know what, I could. The guy did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. He was all over the detail, totally professional and the car - 3 years old - was presented like new. It was just before Xmas and the postal service was on strike so there were a couple of bits of documentation that I had to trust him to get and send on. He did.

Ongar Bridge is clearly an old family business with a warmth and pride that goes with that and I would definitely recommend Peter.
