MG Durham

Ordered our HS end of January (2022), picked up end of July (2022) - originally told 3/4 month wait, so we didn’t have to wait much longer than expected. Excellent service from Richie, honest and friendly communication throughout.

What can I say. I have just had the best day today in a long time. Picked up my very first MG HS Automatic from Croxdale. Richie the salesman has been phenomenal. He found me a car that’s the first thing! When the ZS did not suit me and I was gutted he went out of his way to let me try the HS model. This car was a better fit and I got the colour I wanted! The whole transaction and communication has been top class. All of the staff have been so professional from start to finish. Richie explained the basics as I was very nervous and had never driven an automatic in a long time. All the paperwork was dealt with timely and the handover was faultless. Ishmael the managing director has been so welcoming and his team is a credit to him. I just know that any follow up with services is going to be plain sailing. Thanks Richie you are a star!

Wonderful, when I went to look at the HS exclusive HTC. I took a test drive and was pleased with the car. I ordered on the same day. Richie looked after us and always kept me informed on the progress of the order.

MG Durham were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Ritchie the salesman who sold me the car couldn't have been more helpful attentive and informative. Nothing was too much trouble but every question was answered. There is no doubt that without him I wouldn't have bought the car. Everything about my experience I would say would be first class. However, when I came to the same garage to purchase a duplicate key from my other car a Mitsubishi, I found the female receptionist to be very unhelpful and rude. As the receptionists of the front end of your business I suggest you look at this very carefully. She is spoiling an otherwise wonderful experience."
