I found the staff to be really helpful, kind, no blagging or silly hassling. It was a quick straightforward transaction, offered me a good price, for a cost of £30 extra the money was in my bank account within half-hour. I left quite satisfied with the whole appointment.

Did not get a great price as they paid far less that originally quoted, but for the convenience you get a very good service, and the knocked down price was still £100 more that the car dealer trade in.

What a con job/how long is a piece of string organisation. Online they promised £650 for my mini and then when you take it to them it’s a hum and a bloke offers you £240 or so. A dishonest group who are pulling a con job in the hope that you’re desperate enough to take what rubbish you’ll swallow.
