I bought my Mercedes E Class from Auto2000 after viewing it online, when I called for more information they could not have been more helpful even sending me a video of the car. I then paid in full before I had seen it in the flesh.
When they delivered it for free, it was exactly as described.
I am absolutely delighted with my Mercedes and the excellent service I received from Scott and his team.
I am due to replace my wife’s car next month and will certainly return.

Auto 2000 is the worst car dealers to buy your car from take it from me. I bought a Mercedes C220D from them and it came with so many problems - Window regulator went, Nox Sensor issue, Ball joint issue, sold me a car with so many electrical problems upon purchasing the vehicle. When my Nox sensor went they took so long to order and replace another sensor but after driving for a month the Nox sensor engine management light came back on , upon diagnostics Nox sensor malfunction again and I asked them to get this fixed for me but what they said was to go to my own rac warranty I took out, still haven’t send me the invoice of the Nox sensor they purchased from Mercedes so I can claim back new sensor is under warranty they said. All the other problems they ignored to fix within the warranty time frame they gave me. I will be telling everyone to not buy they car from here. Worst dealership ever I came across and worst customer service. And I will inform the DVLA about them selling faulty vehicles to customers.

Helpful and attentive from the Salesman, very polite and car was exactly how it looked in the sales photos and was even delivered for free ! First class service by all the auto2000 team.
