Located on the first floor of the Lok n Store. I think if you take the online valuation with a pinch of salt as merely a booking form, your expectations will be realistic.

Sure, they are going to knock off the asking price originally offered but that’s because you may not have disclosed certain things however small. They are a business and need to make a profit. Your not going to get more off a dealer either. There is always a leeway to discuss on repairs that are excessive to bring the price up with a little push but come here educated on repair costs and you’ll be rewarded.

The only way you’ll get more is if you do a private sale going on Autotrader etc. posting up an advert, undertake viewings, test drives with an absolute stranger until you find someone serious. Here, they will grab your car off you without hesitation but will need to reflect the true value of your car which can be hard as cars hold emotional value for most. This is all about convenience and that comes at a price. I have sold two cars here before and can recommend this place.

Awful experience. DO NOT USE DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Originally quoted 15000 for the value of my car. When I turned up this quote quickly turned to 11500, without any explanation. This was before the salesman had even looked at the car. Thankfully it didn’t get that far as I walked out immediately after hearing this figure.

The man I dealt with had a real sly look about him, and whether it was him, or the general way that the business is run, it was clear he was trying to pull a fast one on me. (We know how commission payed roles work of course)

DO NOT USE this company. Total crooks.

Situation resolved for me anyway, I sold the car back to the BMW dealership that I purchasd it from and got 13,500 for it. And I’m now driving my new BMW with a happy face, knowing that these total scumbags didn’t get the chance to pull the wool over my eyes.

Lesson learnt.

Offered an attractive price at £8500 for my car but knocked down to £7000 for minimal scratches and stone chips. My vehicle was in good condition for its age and the reduction was scandalous and worse than every part ex offer I received (£7800 - £8000). I had bought a car privately so I saved some money there but no option to part ex so this was my risk but I would advise anyone to part ex above using we buy any car. I would avoid unless you have no other choice. Very disappointing

I did my quote online and scheduled an appointment for later on in the after noon the next day as I was getting my new car.
The guy was waiting for me outside and was so quick and friendly!
I was there for 45 minutes and I was given more than I thought I’d get.
Will definitely use again.

So upset about how my appointment went today after I was very impressed from first visit on Sunday. Felt rushed as customers arrived for next appointment and it wasn’t until after I left and checked my paperwork that I realised I’ve been paid less than he advised I would be. Having queried that he offered me £100 more than he said he had I’ve been paid £125 less so how does that work?!? Simple maths And then accuses me of calling him a liar. No ... I’m simply saying what you agreed!

Simple, easy, friendly, professional and quick process. Couldn't have been simpler.

This is the second time I've sold a car here and probably won't be the last.

Excellent service. I was a little apprehensive but both guys were extremely helpful and polite. Explained everything clearly and concisely and gave me a good price for my car. Would highly recommend.
