Johnsons Hyundai - Slough

Booked an appointment to test drive a car. Took a while to get going, but I drove on my own, which is good. I did have doubts about car, so did not buy (different coloured fron bumper and different coloured distance sensors (different to each other - on one side black, on the other side body coloured - strange. Salesman could not explain why).
No pressure to buy though and the salesman was pleasant.

Personally I love my car, but I think the Hyundai Johnson Slough team really needs to buck up compared to other dealers!

They promise a service and don’t deliver, it's okay to make mistakes but they don’t bother to rectify them which is sad because they make you feel so different towards them.

I booked a showroom valet for my car with my service and pick and drop service bexause I am 9 months pregnant and any day the baby will come.

They must’ve gotten confused and did not do a showroom valet only a simple wash that they do after a service. I took my husband the following day to show Hyundai that the valet was never done ( as it was a weekend) was told I would be contacted on Monday. No one called me, had to call back on Monday myself so almost 4 days later now. I was told I would given a call back, no one bothered and if they did it there was no voicemail or even multiple tries.

Extremely disappointment because I’ve got to fork out more money to get a valet for the car because it’s dirty and needed to be done before I have my baby. I shouldn’t be needing to follow up such a big company. Truly disappointed! Makes you question whether the service has been conducted to a good standard and how honest and true they really are. I think I’ll go elsewhere for my next service.

Honda next to these guys are exceptional shame Hyundai team is slacking so much!

An excellent all round service provided by Mr Raza Khan. Helpful, polite and very quick to reply (even on his day off) in connection with our purchase of a car from Hyundai Slough. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

The experience at Johnsons Hyundai Slough was fantastic because they worked hard to find old paperwork for my old car which was involved in an accident. Adam spent a long time finding it. There was a good range of cars within my price range and they completed all the work I needed to my new car, which was second hand. Adam was friendly and the whole staff were courteous and friendly. Only Popped in for a visit. Didn't meant to buy a car. Gave me a good price on my part exchange and ended up purchasing a new Tucson with Adam. Great communication and customer service. Thank you to Paris too for setting up my service plan

From the initial enquiry to pick up I cannot recommend these guys enough. We dealt personally with Adam who has been nothing but helpful throughout our whole experience. Nothing was too much and was able to help us find our perfect car. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Just took delivery of a new Tuscan and am very pleased with it.
