Absolutely fantastic service. My fan belt went when driving to Milton so I called in on the off chance that someone might be able to check and fix it.
Although the servicing department was busy and fully booked for a couple of weeks, they kindly checked the car and ordered the required part, fixing it the following morning.
Thank you so much to all the staff involved. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure that my planned trip could go ahead.
For a large dealership I was very impressed as they provided the service usually offered by small family run concerns.

From the day we went in to look into buying a new car to a few years later EMG has given such a great service. They contact me to remind me the car is up for service, they are efficient and super friendly. They give the best service to my beloved car and they also remind you of all the things included in the service even if I forgotten such as cleaning the car after servicing it.

Just had my Mazda's fuel pump replaced following a recall. EMG were really responsive and the replacement was quick and efficient.

The service advisor (Chris Inns) was really helpful and explained exactly what was done.

Excellent change over of vehicles. Nick can't recommend enough. Very happy with whole change over.very polite courtesy extremely helpful also very understanding in how we wanted it all to go ahead even allowed the car to have the dual controls put in before we turn up to swap keeping us on the road the whole time highly recommend them but of caused without nick it wouldn't have happened after a bad experience with a previous garage

We've been using EMG for ten years now and always receive excellent friendly service. Had to get a service elsewhere during covid and it cost MUCH more! When choosing our new car we went straight to EMG because of the way they treat their customers. Been dealing with Chris for several years, lovely that he remembers us even though servicing is once a year. Just collected my new car after a warning light came on, they checked everything and assured me that nothing was wrong with the car. Thanks for checking it out so promptly.

EMG Kia Cambridge were fantastic because , they offer a brilliant sales and after service. The sales man Tony I dealt with , and have before is very helpful offers good advice is very patient and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. The service department people are the same , very helpful and courteous , plus making sure you get a coffee if a while you wait visit."

Had my car serviced and MOT at EMG Cambridge. The staff let me know it was due well in advance so it could be booked to suit me and scheduled at my convenience. Car drop off was quick and staff kept me updated throughout the day. Received car washed and cleaned as a courtesy when completed. Highly recommend EMG
