When searching for a car, this place was the only place we didn't encounter pushy and annoying sales people. We felt that all the staff were genuinely helpful and understanding of our needs even though we weren't HP / PCP types which made a lot of other dealerships lose interest with us. We bought our car five years ago and it's been amazing - even though it developed a fault early on which the garage side was quick to resolve for us. We have had other small issues and queries which the staff on hand have always been eager to help us with so it's made it really easy to look after our car.

We have been in for a look recently and had some great advice to help us with our next car which we look forward to buying from here in the very near future.

I don't usually leave reviews but the experience and service we received from Arbury Skoda in Leamington has been excellent. After walking onto the forecourt to view what was on offer I can honestly say there was no hard selling which we dislike. Sapphire was very helpful and informative about the vehicles we were interested in, allowed us to test drive on our own. All paperwork and part exchange of our current vehicle were ready for us to view upon return. The sale was agreed in minutes. Miguel explained all of the details and the paperwork thoroughly and both Sapphire and Miguel answered any questions we had. Our new car was ready for collection on the date and time agreed and was handed over to us cleaned and valeted, and looked amazing inside and out. The service provided by both Sapphire and Miguel has been second to none and very professional. Not forgetting the scent bomb to make our new car smell amazing 😍 so thank you

Lee has been amazing and found me and my mum a car and has taken care of us since and always checks in and remembers us. I’ve recently been speaking with Miguel in Sales and he’s been great with finding me a new car. He’s really listened to everything I want in a car and been super generous and is a really happy lovely person. I really love Skoda cars in general and always makes the experience so much better when the people are friendly and have great service. 10/10 recommend.

I needed a bolt cover for my car and had looked at buying one previous but they only come in packs of 12 from websites and so I went in here on the way past today to see if I could buy just 1.

Greeted by a friendly rep he asked what I needed and at first informed me that the parts team are off Saturdays and I'd need to call on Monday but after asking again if I really do need just 1 he went out the back and a few minutes later reappeared with what I needed and said I could have it, no charge! Absolutely brill.

I have been searching for a ŠKODA Kodiaq for some time, and came across exactly what I was looking for at Arbury ŠKODA. I was extremely pleased with how competitively priced it was and the level of service has way more than exceeded my expectations. David has been extremely exceptional in his dealings, and made the process so smooth from first contact to delivery and after sales.
Even though I am some 160 miles away from the branch, they will definitely have my repeat business.

Thank you Arbury Skoda (Leamington Spa) for such a fantastic experience when I came in on Saturday 19 November to test drive a used Yeti (KX66TBY). I'd spoken to Barry (and his colleague who's name I can't remember) earlier in the week to arrange the appointment. The showroom and the service from Barry on the day was second to none. The car wasn't the right one for what I need right now - Barry was pragmatic & philosophical when I spoke to him after the (unaccompanied) test drive and was everything I would look for in a sales person (easy to talk to; listened to my answers to his questions; didn't apply any pressure). I change my cars frequently (three "out" and two "in" so far this year) and thus spend a lot of time with car dealers - they could all learn a lot from visiting Arbury and spending time with Barry.

There is always exceptional customer service. James is excellent being very clear about the work carried out. I know my Octavia is in great hands and I feel it is worth having all the work that is needed carried out at this dealership despite having to drive 26 miles.
