Absolute scammers - Do not ever buy a vehicle from these crooks! They do not value their loyal customers and are money hungry vultures, having been a long term customer, I am very disappointed!

I recently bought a Mini Cooper from Peugeot Wimbledon, Juan took fantastic care of me from start to finish, very courteous and a credit to your sales team. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was willing to answer any questions I had, given it was my first time buying an automatic car. He was very attentive and the test drive was excellent putting me totally at ease. Juan completely dispelled the myth of a typical car sales person, and it was a pleasure to buy from him. Recently purchased a new car and the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition as I was part exchanging my car. They were very attentive and not pushy at all like you find in some dealerships. Originally spoke to James who was full of knowledge and worked with me to find the best option for what I was looking for. Overall a really good experience and will be recommending to friends and family!

Had to take a brand new Peugeot partner in as the windows were not working.
They have had the van twice and are unable to resolve the issue .

Whilst at Wimbledon I never received any phone calls or updates - zero communication.

Can’t get hold of anybody there

Issue is still not resolved , even opened a Peugeot customer service case — still no communication .

Have booked into another Peugeot centre, hopefully they are better.

Edit: communication and telephone response is the problem so your reply telling me to call the telephone number I have rang over 10 times in the past and never got through to anyone bar a main centre desk who tells me they have emailed the service team and manager multiple times is abit like having a pie thrown in my face.

Popped in with my husband to enquire about new car and place order and the 2 young men that helped us were brilliant, Matt helped us first and was very knowledgeable and when we were ready to place our order he directed us to a lovely young man called Jay and he was so patient, helpful, informative and friendly. We have been to 3 other Peugeot dealerships in the last few months and had terrible service and were getting put off, this unscheduled stop changed everything and we both left happy and willing to recommend to anyone - ask for Matt or Jay.

Absolute diabolical sales service from this branch. Purchased a used car end of August didn't even get it off the forecourt as major issue. Car then received 2 months afterwards. Originally purchased with 2 keys. Given 1 key as they lost the other one and STILL awaiting the 2nd key. NO COMPENSATION. Empty promises of even a return call back or even email. Shocking communication, constantly chasing for answers. As soon as they have your money and car off their premises they don't want to know. 4 months on STILL NOTHING. Purchased a car in good faith and I've had nothing but fob offs.

J was very helpful and professional! Very knowledgeable and really took care of us as customers. Had bad service from people in the past but his was by far the best in a very long time! Excellent!!!

Poor experience! I left the car because some parts have been recalled. All parts were supposed to be there already, and the car repair would take no more than two days. They called to inform me that an extra part was needed (pins), so they need to keep the car one more day, until the part arrives. Nevertheless, the part hasn’t arrived yet. On top of that, no one bothered to give me a call explaining properly when the car will be ready and when the extra part will arrive, but had to chase it by myself.
It’s funny that they kept calling every week, asking me to get my car to them. However, they do not show the same eagerness to keep me informed and fix the car promptly or when it comes to being well-organised and have all the parts required. Very unprofessional!
