WJ King Vauxhall Dartford

I contacted WJ King in Dartford , as I urgently required a medium sized van for our company. Quite often the lead time for vans is between 10-20 weeks, however with the assistance of Paul Daft, the Commercial Sales Specialist he was able to supply me with a Vauxhall Vivaro van within 4 weeks.
From start to finish WJ King were a pleasure to deal with and through both telephone calls and emails Paul kept me updated on the vehicle status. The van was also ply lined.
On the day of collection, I was picked up from Dartford Railway station and after signing the relevant documentation, I was given a clear and detailed explanation of the van layout and controls.
Since taking delivery WJ King have followed up to check that there are no issues and that I am happy with the service they have provided.

We were looking to add an e-Vivaro to our fleet recently and Paul made the process absolutely seamless. We were delighted with the service, from the initial enquiry right through to the collection of the vehicle. Excellent communication and we felt very well looked after. After having the same problem with my car 5 times took it to w j king Dartford and they have sorted the problem straight away very highly recommended the staff and service people are really really nice polite and they go out of their way to help you so if you want your Vauxhall seen to I advise this garage

Recently had the first (free) service done very happy with that too thanks Gary and Lorraine on service reception also the vehicle technician (don’t know your name sorry) new Dacia sandero great value easily comparable to polo or fiesta…. In my opinion and I’m an ex vehicle technician . Definitely recommend (highly)

I bought a car from the Dartford branch at Brent. Russel was amazing and I managed to drive off the forecourt the same day. I'm very happy and confident with my purchase and he managed to put me at ease about driving a much bigger car. The customer service was impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Seamless process from start to finish. Paul was straightforward and communicative, explained everything I needed to know and the van is brilliant!.
