Fiat Parkside

Not surprised if they closed. My husband says used to be very good when he got his Fiat serviced there but last experience of asking about spares for my 500 and receptionist short tempered, lacking in basic knowledge and verging on rude. You don't give good service and nowadays you pay for it.

Receptionist girls were amazingly kind and helpful. I visited for a routine service and I had to return because the didn't put all the equipment back to the car. Fortunately, they noticed and they called me soon after I left. I had a query for a new electric car, but the sales person just helped me with the financial deal I can have, she didn't bother to show me the car at all

Bought a used Fiat 500 anniversario edition a few weeks ago. Tiffany was fantastic with excellent customer service. Did a part exchange and I’m so thrilled with my new car. The whole staff there are amazing and would recommend if anyone was looking to buy a fiat.

Has been decent until the last service where they charged my wife £80 to replace a £3 exhaust bracket. Apparently that's a justified and fair amount as per the receptionist 🤔 Taken for the team but dampened the praise of this place somewhat.

My wife received a phone call from a pleasant and most apologetic lady looking to investigate this experience. I am unable to fault this level of service with them proactively owning the mistake and offering a mutual resolution. Well done Fiat Parkside.

Took my wife’s car here for service for the first time. Was greeted with very friendly helpful receptionist who explained the procedure. My car was serviced and handed over on time. Excellent

Great mechanical work and customer service. My car runs like it was new again. After being ripped off by an independent mechanic (long story) Fiat Parkside fixed all issues with official parts at a reasonable price. Excuse the superlatives but, I couldn't be more happy with the work they have done.

I've been using this garage for over 10 years now. Everyone is friendly and professional but Kasia is an absolute star, she was extremely helpful with a breakdown issue. Top customer service

Really friendly staff, reasonable prices for works that needed to be done to our car. They were quick to communicate any issues found with any works. Clear and transparent.
