Wow!! A great experience with Unit One. Chris looked after me from the beginning of the enquiry to the end, purchasing the car and taking it home on the same day! Great customer service, very calm, cool and collective. He was really good at going the extra mile and helping/ guiding me. The showroom was very clean and had a very calm ambience. I would most certainly buy a car again from here ! I would strongly recommend!

Even though I haven't yet committed to making a purchase, Shane and the team have provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them for my next purchase based on the service I have received and the high-quality cars on offer. Whether that is next week or further in the future is down to me making a decision on the right time to change my current car.

If Carlsberg made used car dealers... These guys have really got the formula exactly right. Top quality cars all with great spec and prepped to perfection. The buying experience was seamless and totally professional with no hard sell, just really useful insights and guidance from Shane, and managed to turn everything round on the same day. Excellent and professional experience throughout the purchasing process. I met Shane and Neil who were both very knowledgeable and answered every question I passed their way.

Aside from the location with wonderful views which made the test drive even more enjoyable, the showroom is well set out and plenty of light and space lets you inspect the car closely, and I took my time - it very much helps that there is no hard sell: the standard of the cars is very high and they let the cars do the work.

I purchased a low-mileage BMW328i Gran Turismo from Unit One between Christmas and the New Year. The car was exceptionally well prepared and presented and I received a very fair trade-in price for my old BMW. The website and business premises are excellent as was the service I received from Shane Thomas. I would not hesitate to recommend Unit One to friends or family and wish them every success in the future.
