All in all service was very good and payment was in our account the next day as promised. Only slight disappointment was the price reduction from the online quote once the car was inspected which seems standard procedure apparently

Brought a 20,000 pds car. And only half of the controls in the car work so contacted them took it in thinking the done all the work. But no...so I Cal the and then for the last 3 month they kept fobbing me off and then until it go worse....they so rubbish with customer care and service.... terrible place to buy a car I recommend any1 who goe tho buy a car there.....wel they shouldn't they just take your money and then don't give a S....t If you hav any problem which are not of your fault....bloody uesless

After an admin error on both of our sides . it was a very good customer service from james kept me updated through out . very happy would use again if I need to in future . 🙂😊
