Fields Subaru - Bromsgrove

My wife took our Shogun for an MOT/service/fault recall. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They really do provide a first class service every time we visit and nothing is too much trouble. Recently purchased new Subaru from Fields and would just like to say how impressed I was in the way in which I was dealt with by Mark in sales. First service for my Subaru with Fields having previously tried a couple further afield. Great to find such a gem close to home - fantastic service, cheerful, polite, quick, nothing too much trouble. And fixed an issue which the previous dealer said they couldn’t!

I emailed the company about a vehicle I had seen online. They replied back to me in a timely manner with answers to my queries. We went to view the car on Tuesday and by Thursday we had the car. The car was cleaned and polished to a high standard upon collection and paperwork was ready and waiting.Customer Service was excellent and communication was excellent. Service dept understand customers and it made a recent service so easy. Tim is a nice guy and really helpful and the drop and collection is rapid. I got so used to waiting for ages and dealers getting things wrong that everything about Fields was beyond expectation. Great Team doing a Great Job
