My husband and I have bought a number of cars over the years with FTC and have had nothing but the best service we could possibly ask for each. James is extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I cannot recommend him enough, his attention to detail is unparalleled. It's a real breath of fresh air to deal with someone who really knows what they are talking about, not at all 'pushy' and so obviously prides himself on the high standard he offers which is second to none . Each transaction could not have been more more seamless and I really appreciated the time taken during handovers to ensure I was completely confident and well acquainted with the cars I have bought. I am sure we will be back again soon!

Honest and truthful; you often come across car dealers who you know are trying to sell you anything at any cost. James is an honest and considerate chap who helped me work the best deal possible for a car I adore. It says a lot I drove two hours to get the car. Videos, photos and guidance provided so when I got there it was exactly what I expected.
