Awful company to deal with. Brand new car broke down 3 times in first 8 months. It has been with Mercedes C&G since February, have complained, been promised calls back, none of which has happened. I cannot rate this company low enough, once sale has gone through, after sales care means nothing to this back street firm.

Tried selling a used Audi to the Mrs with a delightful yellow interior finish. Somewhat unique you might ask? Not seen this look on any other Audi previously, no it's just caked in smoke from the previous owner. The wife returned the car in question and asked to be put back into her old vehicle, which they did but now continue to charge her finance on a car she returned within the time frame allowed by the terms & conditions. Still trying to sort this weeks on. This company is a disgrace.

Update to your reply - the individual you’re referring to perhaps is the wrong person to investigate especially when there’s blatant proven lies. Maybe you need an independent person to review as this is rather serious.

Sales under Duress - Land Rover west London - Terrible - stay clear and stay away - they will force your hand and force you into a stressful position.

I left a deposit on a new defender 10/12 months ago with the sales advisor saying let’s do it now so you don’t need to worry about price increases - I worked hard all year to make my dream car happen, I sold my car (£5k more to buy again) and left a deposit for months to make it happen.

The car arrives with them and they say well if you want it now either sign a new contract with increase amount (£5k) or we can sell this within 24 hours - exact words. So I’m left with a decision to make, I can’t buy my old car back or pay £5k more to buy again, wasted months waiting and left my deposit money with them for months whilst they enjoy the interest on their savings account on my deposit.

I took the decision to buy the car anyway and since buying it it’s left a bad taste of even enjoying the car. Apparently no interest to them what the previous sales person has said or some dealers don’t pass on price increases as contracts in place but they don’t care. I call it under duress sale as it left me with no choice but to buy as I’m now in a position of loss no matter which way I go. I spoke to Sales manager and asked for dealer principle to call me who clearly didn’t seem to interested to investigate or review rather wasted time asking irrelevant questions or doesn’t bother respond to emails or messages for several days. Terrible service.

Waste of time applying for this company. Job description clearly stated looking for someone with customer service experience but then I got a response to say they’re only hiring someone with car sales experience but it does not mention this anywhere in the job application??? I emailed HR and explained this and they did not reply.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
Cant clean a car properly in the middle of a pandemic leaving items in the car like lipstick and the garage managers sons hat. Cant fix faults on a supposedly checked car which was sold with known faults like window switches being faulty and the car squeaks when being driven. The answer from the garage, return the car have you money back and go. So I am now without a car, out of pocket, and very frustrated with the whole experience.
