Just purchased a second hand Ford from Hendy T/Wells and I couldn't be happier. Best service I've ever had anywhere. Kyle Whittlesey was charming, and an absolute gentleman. I went in there on a mission and he knew exactly how to help me and work within my budget to make me a very happy lady.

I ordered a new mustang GT last year, and the car finally arrived last month. My sales contact was Dave Hill, and I can honestly say Dave was excellent throughout the process. He always kept me updated on the status of the build, offered me a very reasonable price for my part exchange, and was thoroughly polite courteous and professional in his manner. The whole experience was very good and I felt that I received excellent customer service from Dave. He is an asset to Hendy Ford at Tunbridge Wells and would not hesitate in doing business with him again...

Very pleased with our test drive of a Ford Puma. Loved the car and we were well looked after by Zoe. Didn't feel pressured to make a decision immediately and no gimics or up selling of stuff we didn't want unlike the previous Ford garage we were at. Everything was explained really clearly. Easy 5 stars from me.

great service at Hendy in Tunbridge wells. i had to wait a few months for my car to be delivered but Steve Plummer kept me informed of the car’s progress all the way to delivery.

We walked into the Renault Hendy garage on the 12th of August 2022. Mark Leppenwell was pleasant and extremely helpful from day 1. We explained our situation to Mark and no mountain seems too high to climb. He kept us in the loop all the time. He was able to organise and get the finance at a very good finance rate. Whenever we emailed Mark with questions, he always responded promptly. Where he did not know the answer to a question, he would find the answer soonest and communicate the same. Mark was also very good in explaining the adhoc products to us which resulted in us purchasing the adhoc options.

Mark has given us awesome service from beginning to end and really went the extra mile for us.
