We Buy Any Car Folkestone Homebase

I was happy with the price offered for my car. When I arrived onsite and the inspection was carried out the price was increased. I had a better service history than I stated and that made a difference.
The guy carrying out the inspection was very thorough and explained things as he went. Yes I could have got more money selling private, but I really didn't have the time to wait.

Having read the reviews I was a little dubious about WBAC. However, after a friends recommendation from the local branch, I decided a quote would not go amiss. I got an online quote and knew I would be knocked down as the car had a fault not listed plus my housekeeping left a lot to be desired with a muddy dog and child. Mark was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and gave me a few tips to look out for when buying my next car. He offered me a better price than I thought I would get and patiently
talked through everything. I left very happy and the money was in my account when he said it would be so i am very happy. Thank you

Do not bother to go there. for me it was just a waste of time. I was offered £1450 when i did enter the details of website. But on site after the inspection i been offered £80.00 that too without any explanations. Interesting thing is i turned down the offer and same day evening a guy called and offered £600. It proves that they only want to cheat the customer in the first place.

Same as any WBAC. Straightforward service and staff pleasant. Easy to find in Homebase car park.

Very good valuation, easy to make appointment, confirmation of value on inspection was a good experience, communications excellent and payment prompt. A new experience to me had always traded in when buying new car. Better valuation this way. Thank you

Had my reservations after reading so many poor reviews.
I visited the Folkestone branch Saturday 7 August and saw Connor.
The guy was quality, had a worthwhile conversation, explained everything he was doing and why and offered me an excellent price, just short of what the website offered, but more than other places.
Connor himself was a genuine bloke and was actually interested in conversation rather than it being for passing the time.

All round, 10/10 👍

Very helpful, stayed open for me . Due to public transport, was late.

Had to wait 20mins beyond my allocated time due to double booking.Once the inspection process was underway everything moved smoothly and sale agreed,not at the price I would have liked but acceptable.
