They cannot be trusted at all as they lie about the things they have done. after complaining to the manager (Richard I think) he promised to call next day after investigating. 3 days later still waiting for that call, another lie. You can see that they wrote on the invoice complimentary wash without washing the car so how can i believe that other things that are written on invoice have been done.

I just wanted to say how impressed both me and my husband were with not only the service but the attitude of the sales guys at Citroen. Dan especially was great, there was no usual pushy sales tactics you find with car sales men. Couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we were happy with our purchase and it led to us buying another car there and then and my dad then going in to purchase on. Dan has been on hand long after the sale and in contact with me for various things when he didn’t have to. I rate their service as outstanding and would have no issues going back. I have also dealt with Sam in there the manager who has been great in picking up a problem I had. I always say it’s not the problem you have it’s how it’s dealt with and Sam did this in a great manner. Just amazing service thank you so much.

Very quick and easy, hassle free process. Stuart Mansfield and the younger guy (sorry can't remember his name) were amazing sales guys very professional and friendly. Did their very best to help me even with current restrictions in place. Car is in amazing condition and looks brand new even though its a used car I purchased. Rang this morning for initial enquiry and car was on my drive a couple of hours later with all paperwork completed. Amazing work guys, even though it was only the two of them working due to the restrictions. Cannot recommend enough.

We took one of our vans into the service department. It was just under 3 years old and had a couple of warranty issues. I was told that it needed work to pass its MOT which we declined and said we would take it elsewhere. We were informed that the issue with the add blue warning light hadn't been looked at yet and we were quoted a price to replace 2 sliding door seals even though we only had an issue with 1. I asked the advisor and they said that they had to put it on the quotation but the work would be done under warranty. A number of days passed and I heard nothing so I phoned and asked what was happening. I was then informed that they needed to order an add blue tank and that the seals would not be replaced under warranty. I questioned this and was told that the service manager would speak to e when I collected the van.
When I arrived I was asked to take a seat and then within a couple of minutes was taken to one of the service desk advisors. She repeated that the seals were not going to be replaced under warranty so I disputed this. Within a couple of minutes the service manager can over and had great please in saying that they were not going to be replaced. His mannerism was disgusting. He was clearly trying to show off in front of his service team. He was condescending, and almost rude and had great please in standing over me whilst I was sat down. His customer service and manner was appalling and he had great please in making me feel small and making himself look like Mr big.
Not happy with this I complained to Stoneacres head office but he had beaten me to it to put his side of the story across. They did not care about my complaint so I pursued the issue with Citroen UK.. After a few calls they agreed to replace the seals and said that Stonacre had been advised Sheriden of this and the dealership would be in touch. Surprisingly (not) this didn't happen so I had to make contact to re-book our van in for the repairs. I was then told that the earliest date would be 17 November which I couldn't accept as the warning on the dash board was saying the vehicle wouldn't start after the next 1300 miles. I asked for a phone call back to see if this could be escalated as an urgent job and yes you guessed right no one has phoned.
They wouldn't get 1 star but I can't score them any less. The company just does not have any idea of customer service. Don't use them.
